i am a 3 time National Powerlifring Champion in 1997, 2022, 2024 and competing in the Southern Powerlifting World Championships this December in Gatlinburg TN.

Goodmorning everyone! I still haven't had chance to get box put up on building but there's still the little red mailbox everyone can leave payment in ! Everyone is still due on the 1st....some have already paid...thank you ! And sorry about the box but with surgery just not the time but promise to be done by next month

For everyone who hasn't paid membership yet...there's red box on my desk where everyone can put in box when we aren't there...Noone has been utilizing it so just wanted to remind everyone it's there and an option....Thank you all and enjoy this fabulous day! I FYI I'm not picking on anyone...this is mainly for new members lol....I thought I should add that. I've forgot to tell everyone lol...sorry.

Memberships were due may 1st.....if you have not left payment with us or in box on desk plz do so this week...sorry we were gone on vacation...We will be back in gym tomorrow.....STARTING JUNE 1ST THERE WILL BE A BOX ON OUTSIDE OF BUILDING BY DOOR UNDER VIDEO SURVEILLANCE FOR EVERYONE YO BE A BLE TO LEAVE PAYMENT WHEN WE ARE GONE!! THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE...WE APPRECIATE YOU ALL!!!! Hey everyone for the month of May we are running a special...to join from May 1st to May 31st it will be only 10$ for individual membership and 20 for family membership and then april 1st back to 20$ and 30$ a month.....we've gotten some new equipment in this year! Hello.....ALL GYM MEMBERS!!!! GYM will be CLOSED on Christmas Day And Day after for cleaning and maintenance....Also want to make EVERYONE AWARE! AND TO REMIND EVERYONE IF YOU DONT HAVE TENNIS SHOES ON YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO WOR K OUT!!! AND ABSOLUTELY NO MUDDY TENNIS SHOES!!!!! NO BOOTS. NO SLIPPERS. NO SANDALS. AND ABSOLUTELY NO SOCKS!!! TENNIS SHOES ONLY !! FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY!!!! WE DONT WANT ANYONE TO GET HURT!!! SORRY FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE OM THE DAYS THIS WEEK

To all members that are scheduled today! We are not able to do any training today due to being sick !! If you are sick you should stay home and rest! If we training you and you are sick please stay home when you are sick!we don't want it.!! It's that time of year again! We can't train you of we are s I ck!
