Due to an issue with getting enough officials, today’s soccer game at North Stokes will begin at 5 pm instead of 6. Again, soccer will begin today at North Stokes at 5 pm!

Attention All Cardinals! It is Battle of the Bypass week here at East Wilkes as we get ready to take on the Elkin Bucking Elks on Monday, September 27th at Elkin. Barry Byrd with Tee Time Golf and Repair and Steve Owings with State Farm have partnered to sponsor this event, which will take place annually! They will provide a trophy to the winning team each year and they have also supplied t-shirts for each school to sell the week of the game.

We will begin selling these shirts on Tuesday in the main office from 8 AM until 3:30 PM. Please contact the office if you have any questions regarding picking up your shirts. These shirts are available to students, parents, and fans and will be $10, with all proceeds going to East Wilkes High School! Sales will continue each day through Monday, September 27!

We want to thank Tee Time Golf and Repair and Steve Owings State Farm for their sponsorship of this event and this opportunity! Now, let's pack the stands with our RED shirts and show our Cardinal Pride as we battle for the Bypass!

Cardinal fans, we have some schedule changes in football for the next two weeks.

The JV and Varsity football games against Mount Airy and Elkin have been postponed. We will post the rescheduled dates as soon as they are available.

Cardinals fans, just want to make you aware of a slight adjustment to the varsity football game at Surry Central for Friday! Kickoff will now be at 8 pm! Again, the varsity contest for Friday @ S. Central will begin at 8 pm.
