Nova Jiu Jitsu teammate Joseph Castillo will be competing this Friday night in Las Vegas for the IBJJF Black Belt Masters World Championship. (This is a BIG deal!) We will be showing it live on our giant TV at Nova. Exact times are subject to change, but we’ll turn on the broadcast around 7pm and expect him to fight 4 times between 8-9pm. Come support our amazing friend and teammate and hang out with your other amazing friends and teammates!

💜 Domestic Violence Awareness Month is coming up, and we’re excited to offer a powerful community event! 💜

FRC is partnering with Nova Jiu Jitsu to host a FREE Community Self‑Defense Class designed to build confidence, awareness, and practical safety skills for adults and teens.

We were missing a bunch of our regular adult class killers: Robbie, Lucas, Greg, Andrew, Noah, Hudson, Daniel, Ethan, Beth, Abdul, Aiden, Laurie, Levi, Josh, Seth, Barron, Mason 1, Mason 2, Henry, Jack, Theresa, Aaron, Jenny, and John.
