This 1911 is Cimarron's first semi-automatic offering. The Cimarron 1911 has the correct historical markings, the original 1911 frame with a Type 1 smooth mainspring housing. I’ve heard a lot of camotion over this Yugoslav AK 47 and had to get one to see what it’s about. The greatest upgrade making this rifle stronger would have to be the bulged trunnion, along with its barrel. The American AK buyers have been requesting a chrome lined barrel and Zastava listened, but it didn’t take years to make the adjustment instead it took a few months. Which really shows that the manufacturer listen to their customers. The overall quality of the finish is good except a few marks from import but hey it’s an AK.
