This , Wellness & Fitness Center member Phil shares his:

“HWF has become my home away from home. The staff is amazing. I enjoy working out with my fitness center family, and I get a lot of encouragement. I especially enjoy Hali’s cycling classes. Doing spin class and lifting weights has enabled me to hike Pikes Peak in Colorado, climb the Manitou Incline that has 2,768 steps. I have also hiked in Wyoming and Alaska, and plan to go to New Hampshire and hike up Mt. Washington, in addition to hiking all over WV. I want to thank Valley Health for our wellness center and all the staff and members who are my family. Thank you to Hali, who is always encouraging me to "keep on gittin it". I appreciate everyone more than you know.”
