The biggest threat to the law abiding gun owner in Illinois is getting pulled over for speeding. Our welfare class, that writes and passes all these bills that turn into laws have no support. They have alienated and attacked law enforcement for just trying to do their job. I work with tons of police departments, and most of those peoples unwritten rule is that if you’re not being an as***le, you don’t have anything to worry about. If you’re an as***le and you’re being stupid then you’re getting what’s coming to you. I’m not sure how many pica violations have been enforced on the normal law abiding Illinois gun owner maybe someone can educate me.
How ever all of these laws do affect some people. The next generation of shooters that turn 18 and 21 today are affected; as they cannot buy these weapons. They are the future of our sport, our craft and our constitution. They are the most important; legacy programs at our gun clubs that promote Boy Scout qualifications in shooting, hosting high school trap teams and any shooting activities involving youth should be championed across all platforms. I know a lot of these programs are struggling to get shooters, I would be interested in helping promote any and all activities involving youth. Please send me private messages.
The other people who get affected are the federally licensed firearm dealers; this is a war against their business. Every-time those welfare babies gut one bill and fill it full of a bunch of unconstitutional buzz words; FFL’s in Illinois are affected. Please support them if they are good and fair business’s; f**k all the other ones.
We have to come together collectively as a community and make change. The problem with us, is that at the end of the day if there’s food on our families table and gas to go to work, we have done our job. And we need to change that, we need to get involved, we need to fight. I’m working on some things behind the scenes because I’m frankly not impressed with any gun organization in Illinois that is supposed to protect our rights. The infighting makes me sick to my stomach and the pi***ng contests; our opposition is laughing. Gun rights organizations need to remove anyone in their orgs that is motivated by ego. Those people do not do what is in the best interest of the Illinois gun owner. They are selfish and only think about what makes them look good. Title hunters need to go work for the government or go lay down in a ditch somewhere.
You can help, support your local gun shows, ffl dealers, volunteer and promote youth shooting programs. Do anything, because collectively they cannot stop us, and when we start hitting their pocket books and they lose money over the decisions they make with a pen, maybe just maybe they might think if it’s possible for them, before they trample all over our constitution.
There’s two ways you win a war; you either glass it or you educate. I’m not quite sure which way we will win this war; but I do know we have options!
