Meet Vanessa 🤍

We’re so excited to officially welcome Vanessa to the VAVA team!

Vanessa has been passionate about Pilates and movement for years. Her love for Pilates goes far beyond the workout, she loves creating classes that are challenging, energizing, and leave you feeling stronger than when you walked in.

She brings such a warm, upbeat energy into the studio and is so excited to finally be on the other side of the mat, sharing her love for movement with the VAVA community.

Outside of the studio, Vanessa is a student at Oakland University and loves all things health, wellness + fitness.

This Thursday, Vanessa is teaching TWO FREE Heated Mat Pilates Community Classes at 6:00pm + 7:15pm

Community Classes are the perfect way to meet our newest instructors, experience their class, and show them a little VAVA love before they officially hit the schedule.
