This is the official page for the OMYFA Romeo Junior Bulldogs Football & Cheer program!

New athlete registration for the 2026 season has now closed. Thank you to everyone who has taken the time to express interest in joining the Romeo Junior Bulldogs Football and Cheer Program!

We ask that you do not reach out to check the status of your registration. As a reminder, athletes who have been placed on a team will be notified via email by Monday March 16. Upon notification of team placement, there will be a second portion of registration to complete, including payment or set-up of payment plan.

Any athletes who were not placed on a team will also receive notification at this time via email. Please note that we do not keep a waitlist for the season, so those not placed on a team are highly encouraged to explore other programs.

We are pleased to announce registration for new athletes is NOW OPEN for the 2026 season! Registration will be open until 9 AM on Thursday March 12, 2026 🏈📣

REGISTRATION DETAILS
➡️ Registration is open with extremely limited availability—see the attached graphic for age/grade restrictions
➡️ We have reached capacity for the following teams/age ranges:
📣🐾Kindergarteners on Flag Cheer
🏈🐾 Five year olds on Flag Football
📣🐾 All JV Cheer (5th/6th grades)
➡️ Please ensure you read through all waivers for athletes and codes of conduct before clicking the acknowledge button

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
➡️ ALL athletes will be placed on a waitlist
➡️ If there are more registrations than available spots, we will fill those spots based on a lottery system
➡️ You will be notified by Monday March 16, 2026 if your athlete was placed on a team. Upon approval, a link to the payment registration will be emailed to you. Full payment or enrollment in a payment plan will need to be submitted prior to completing registration and securing your athlete’s place on the team
➡️ Those who were not placed on teams will also be notified by this date via email. We do not hold a waitlist for the season, so if your athlete is not placed on a team you are encouraged to explore other programs!

OPENING SOON: 2026 Romeo Junior Bulldogs New Athlete Registration 🏈📣

There are extremely limited spots available for the season. Please see the attached graphic for team availability and age/grade restrictions. If we receive more registrations than openings, new athletes will be selected by random lottery.

What’s Next:
➡️ The registration link will be posted on our Facebook and Instagram pages on Tuesday March 10 at 9 AM
➡️ Registration will close on Thursday March 12 at 9 AM
➡️ Upon registration, EVERYONE will be placed onto a waitlist
➡️ New athletes that have been added to a team will receive notification by Monday March 16 and will finalize the second part of registration
➡️ Any athletes who did not get placed on a team will also be notified at this time
➡️ We do not keep a waitlist for the season, so those who are not placed on a team are encouraged to explore other programs

Grab a square or two and get in the running to win💲5️⃣0️⃣0️⃣ per quarter during the Super Bowl. All proceeds go towards equipment for 2026 season athletes 🏈📣

If claimed squares are not paid by Feb. 5th, the claimed square will be released for purchase by others!

New numbers will be given for each quarter. Keep an eye out on your email and our socials for numbers ahead of the big game 🏆

We were honored to have Ryder Finkel as an honorary member of the Romeo Junior Bulldogs. Our athletes loved having he and his family on the sidelines. Last week, Ryder lost his hard fought battle with cancer. Today, we play for Ryder! We are so proud to be a part of the Finkel Force and will carry on your incredible strength. We love you Ryder!
