Through high quality coaching, we strive to provide players with the tools necessary to advance skills and perfect technique in the sport of volleyball. We believe coaching is a catalyst for the growth and development, not only of the athlete, but also of the individual apart from athletics. Therefore, we believe it should take place in a positive instructional atmosphere drive

n by encouragement, motivation, and fun, while insuring the physical and emotional safety of the athlete. Club Philosophy
RAV will provide a physically and emotionally safe environment for players to learn/advance their skills in volleyball, both during practice and during tournament play. Our goal is to develop volleyball players and to advance the growth of this popular sport in the area. We will help with a players' continued pursuit of the game in every way we can.

Don’t forget this Sunday, Sept. 7, 2025 are make up tryouts for Rome Area Volleyball. Tryouts are from 4:30-6:30 and parents will meet with directors at 5:00 PM. We look forward seeing everyone there.
