Great Automotive shop for Lease or Purchase in the town of Rome. Located just down the road from the Town Hall, Kwik Trip and other businesses. The shop has 2 bays with addition working and storage space. It is a well insulated building with a commercial RTU heater along with a wood burner with a supply fan. The shop has running water, septic, large air compress, older two post car lift, and many spare automotive parts. Lots of space outside the shop for parking vehicles.

SPRING is on its way (finally)!! Now is the time to start thinking about the fun activities that you are going to want to do when the weather gets nicer. Let’s talk about easy and convenient ways to get around town. LSV (low speed vehicles), electric golf carts, UTV’s or E-Bikes! We have them all, new & used. If you want to build your own cart, we can assist you with that as well.
