Murph 2024 🇺🇸
Each year on Memorial Day weekend across the nation, gyms and athletes perform the Hero WOD Murph- a one mile run, 100 pull ups, 200 push ups and 300 air squats, with a second mile run to finish. 18 of us at The ROC pushed ourselves to complete this workout to honor Lieutenant Michael Murphy and remember others who sacrificed their lives for our country. 7 out of the 18 attempted this Hero WOD for their very first time and we couldn’t be more proud of them. Hero WODs (workout of the day) are meant to honor service members who made the ultimate sacrifice. This past Monday the ROC gym did just that, joining in community to celebrate our freedoms and those who have fought for us.
