Monday’s practice 💀🥎Punisher moto was

“Team Work Makes the Dream Work”

You can be the BEST player on the team, however if your team cannot work together you have nothing!!!!

Drill 1 - The team had to put themselves in order of their position on the field. They only had 1 LEADER and she was the only one that could talk. They had to work together to get everyone where they needed to be.

Drill 2 - “I’ve Got Your Back” - Each player told each player one positive thing about them

Drill 3 - Balance Ball - the girl partnered up, then a softball was placed between their backs. They had to figure out how to stand up, keeping the ball between their backs without dropping it

Drill 4 - Walk the Plank - each group had a runner that would start on 1st base. The team had to materials, themselves, or whatever they needed to get the runner from 1st to 2nd to 3rd to home WITHOUT the runner touching the dirt

Drill 5 - Sliding Blindfolded - This drill is to help them trust their coaches. When we tell them to run, get down, get back, etc. they have to trust that we know best.

Drill 6 - Lead Me NOT into Temptation- This drill one partner was blindfolded and the other had to guide their partner through a maze of boards, blocks, tires, people, etc. without them stepping on any of them or falling

Drill 7 - Buckets of FUN - Each group had to work as a team to hold up the bucket of water while each person took off a sock one at a time

🚨First off I want to take a moment to thank you to everyone that supports our team. Some we know some we do not, however all the encouragement means the world to us!!!

Fridays are WORKOUT days for the 💀🥎Punishers!!! They all know that Friday’s are HARD, a lot of sweat!!! Yet, they keep coming back for more … why? Because they know that the work they are putting in is paying off. They run faster, they are stronger hitters, better fielders, more confident … they are becoming WINNERS!!!
🥎Throw line - making good throws and good catches
🥎Stretches and warm ups to get those bodies loose (jumping jacks, karaoke, high knees, butt kicks, PICK that grass, lunges, and sprints)
🥎A little Cupid Shuffle Challenge
🥎Tire pulling
🥎Hand/Eye Coordination hitting
🥎Catch those FOUL balls
🥎🥎TEAM BUILDING EXERCISE🥎🥎 (Some May have gotten WET in the process😂)
