Gymnastics Express-Rolla Physical fitness and sports for kids 18 months- 5 years. These include a huge donut, incline mat, mail box, and octagon barrels.

Gymnastics Express is a very unique and innovative way to teach gymnastics and sports basics to pre-schoolers in the Mid-Missouri area. From an early age, children can develop a fundamental understanding of football, baseball, volleyball, soccer, tennis, basketball, golf, bowling, and gymnastics, as well as a love for fitness and being active. We have school buses that are converted into mini-gyms

, which we drive to preschool and childcare facilities, both in-home and commercial. We never transport children - instead, we march the children out into the bus and conduct a half hour class of gymnastics and other sports inside the bus. In the bus, there is a nice cushioned, carpeted floor area for tumbling, as well as specially designed pre-school equipment that we bring in the bus each week for class, such as balance beams, bars, mats for tumbling, mini-tramp, mini parallel bars, parachute, monkey bars, and a springboard. Our colorful, fun-shaped mats are designed to teach and excite the student while learning the concepts of gymnastics. While learning basic Gymnastics, the pre-schooler develops strength, coordination and self confidence. In our GYMNASTICS EXPRESS bus we also teach many basic skills and words which are important to the child in everyday life. There are skills such as waiting their turn, praising others, being rewarded for good behavior and following directions. Common words we use which the children will become familiar with are words such as over, under, around, behind, in front, beside, beginning, end and many more. We feel that we not only introduce them to the sport of gymnastics but also teach them some basic skills of everyday life. We want to give the children in your care an opportunity to take part in our gymnastics program. Our program is designed for children between the ages of 18 months through 6 years old. The GYMNASTICS EXPRESS classes are continuous throughout the year. The fees are paid monthly and your child will be enrolled until you decide to drop them from the program. This gives your child the opportunity to explore all these activities and learn the fundamentals of a variety of different sports. Class size is generally to 8-14 children. We also understand how difficult it is for you to transport them to a gym for lessons. . . so we bring our program directly to their preschool! GYMNASTICS EXPRESS has been a family operated business for the past 35 years in Columbia, MO and also have branches in KC, STL. We are a mother-daughter team bringing GYMNASTICS EXPRESS to Rolla.

Good evening!
We are so excited to be able to offer our first Gymnastics Express open class that begins this Thursday, March 7 at 10:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. at the location 148 W. Little Oaks Rd, Rolla (Calvary Assembly).
Please confirm that your child/ren will be joining us by commenting on this message or DM'ing us. We will have registration sheets available for you to fill out. Please bring $70 which includes the $25 annual registration fee plus $45 for March's class fees.
