We had three tracks yesterday — and every one of them was over a mile long!

The first track ended up being a live deer, the second one led us to a gut pile where someone else had already taken the deer, and the final track ended with a successful recovery. For that last one, I set the sidelines while Easton took the lead and did an awesome job finishing it out. 👏

I couldn’t have done any of the tracks yesterday without Easton’s help. I really appreciate all he does — he’s been such a big part of these recoveries and I’m thankful to have him out there with me. 🦌👣

Congrats on this awesome buck!
Smart move by the hunter to back out after he made a questionable shot. After losing blood we arrived 25 hours later and Gunner wasted no time finding the buck! 🦌

🚨 Big Buck Alert🚨

Easton, Gunner, and I headed out yesterday afternoon to help with a 30 hour-old gut shot. The hunter made the right call by backing out immediately after the shot. The deer had expired in the first bed, allowing Gunner to make quick work of the track. 🦌👏

Yesterday Ruby got to go on her first real track! 🐾
This one was a tough 13-hour-old liver/gut shot, but she handled it like a pro. Ruby tracked 415 yards in an overgrown field and thru a river bottom. I couldn’t be more impressed with how she worked — she’s got some serious potential!

Gunner’s on the board! 🦌
He made his first recovery of the season today! Congrats to Tim on his buck — shot yesterday evening around 6 PM. We started the recovery around 11:30 this morning, and Gunner had a flawless half-mile track.

Big thank you to Easton Brown and Matt Hoffman for helping out so I could make this track happen today. Couldn’t have done it without you guys! Thanks to my buddy Patrick Boyd for giving me a call on this one👏🐾

🎉🐾 Happy 7th Birthday to Gunner! 🐾🎉
He couldn’t wait to get out on a few tracks, and this weekend he finally got his wish. Alvin is getting stronger every day, and together they had their very first track of the season on Sunday — with a big thanks to Greg Pittman for helping out! ❤️
