Here's what nobody tells you about strength training...

You know what's funny?

Most people start strength training because they want to lose weight.

But after a few weeks, that's usually not what they're excited about anymore.

The first thing they notice is everyday stuff gets easier.

They're carrying groceries without thinking about it.

Getting off the floor easier.

Not feeling completely wiped out after a long day.

The second thing is they start feeling better.

More energy.

Less aches and pains.

Just feeling more capable in general.

And the third thing and my my favorite is their confidence starts coming back.

They start realizing, "Hey, maybe I'm stronger than I thought."

That's the stuff that keeps people going.

The weight loss is great.

But feeling strong again? That's what changes people.

A lot of people don’t avoid the gym because they’re lazy.

They avoid it because gyms can feel awkward as hell.
