Competition Recap! 🏆💪

Our team hit the mats yesterday and put in some solid work! Our head coach fought through a minor injury and took home bronze, London won his first match and earned silver, and Elli placed silver in no-gi and came back strong to win both gi matches by submission.

We are very proud of everyone for their effort, heart, and determination! More than the medals, we all gained experience and learned a lot—now it’s time to apply those lessons and come back even more prepared for the next one! 💪🔥
