-Development plan based on evaluat

ion and consultation: Private lessons, lifting/strength training exercises, nutrition plan, current grade in school and how to contact collegiate schools and recruiters
-This is NOT a team academy but rather an individual development academy program to help high school athletes reach their highest potential.

Landon Grigg long time student and former Crowder Roughrider with some final tune up work and developing arm side movement and command before reporting to University of Louisiana Monroe. Currently works 90-94mph on his FB.
