Don’t mind me, just doing the Lord’s work, mopping up a leak from the heavy rain.

While I’m not employed by , I will often find myself fixing small issues in the gym almost immediately instead of just passing the buck. I do this so members can enjoy a safe gym environment without interruption.

This gym has been instrumental in building my physique & confidence over the last several years, so this is the least I can do so others can train with peace of mind.

Simple changes in your nutrition can make immediate yet lasting results.

Down just over 6lbs from when he started with me on 8/18/25, is crushing the game!

asked for some help with his nutrition a few weeks ago. He is pushing hard in the gym and keeping his activity level up but hitting a little plateau.

So for a week I had him track everything he ate and I then went to audit his diet & found some areas of opportunity.

First thing I noticed was he needed to get some quality fast digesting carbs in his pre-workout meal and not solely relying on a protein shake & pre-workout supplement. Adding in those carbs has made an immediate impact on his performance in the gym. He’s able to push harder for longer!

Secondly, there was a gap where we could incorporate more whole foods in his diet vs relying on subpar protein bars. This has increased his satiety with his increased fiber intake & added more micronutrients to his diet.

Lastly, we actually increased his calorie intake to give his body a break from being such a calorie deficit for so long. And his body has responded wonderfully with the increased food intake.

🗣️ATTENTION PARENTS

Enroll your teen for my Summer 2025 Intro to Strength/Weight Training!!

Now is the time for your teen to gain experience and confidence in the weight room.

Summertime means there is a lot of downtime in your child’s schedule. So, let them make good use of that time to learn about themselves both mentally and physically.

I’ll coach them on technique and healthy nutrition habits all while learning about discipline/intensity in a fun, engaging, and inclusive atmosphere.

Whether your child has weight room knowledge or not, this is a great program for any level of experience.

Your teen will know what they are actually capable of achieving by pushing their mind and body further than they thought possible.

My goal is for them to increase their confidence and self-awareness by instilling all of these basic principles.

Let’s work together to give your child the tools they need to succeed.

Step aside y’all, Lydia is making her entrance!!

Lydia has proven that she is capable of so much more than what she initially gave herself credit for.

She hasn’t had the best experience with proper nutrition and exercise in the past and was unsure of what to expect when hiring me as her coach. We immediately clicked! We made her journey simple yet challenging and effective.

She gives every ounce of energy in the gym and is extremely diligent with her nutrition. When you pair those two things together, that’s a recipe for success.

She’s always asking questions and shows a genuine desire to learn more about this process.

CONFIDENCE!! Her confidence has absolutely skyrocketed over these last several months. She is confident in her own skin now. She has purchased several new outfits and receives multiple compliments on not just her new physique but her overall aura and energy.

I’m so proud of how much Lydia has grown as a person. She came to me timid and unsure of herself but has now flourished to a wildly confident and strong woman!

I turned 41 today…

Here are my priorities:
-Health (mental & physical)
-My wife
-Our girls
-Personal & business growth
-Building positive relationships
-Remove negativity: I don’t have time for bull$h!t
-I’m more intentional with my words & actions
-Eager for more knowledge
-Keeping a positive & calmer mindset

This list will continue to evolve and shuffle (except the first 3, those are locked 🔒 in)

Y’all let the girl COOK💅🏽

I’m so proud of how far this client has come over the last several months. Her hard work, dedication, and discipline are paying off!

She first came to me with very little weight training experience and extreme fatigue due to her being anemic, which is caused by her PCOS. She had very little energy to play with her son, now he is trying to keep up with her!!

Now I can say with confidence that she is pound for pound one of my strongest clients (not that it’s a competition 🙂).

She has a natural ability to adapt quickly in the weight room and is keen to push herself hard. So once we established that mindset we then focused on her nutrition, which is probably the most difficult aspect of a new healthy lifestyle.

She bought into my nutrition coaching and programming and trusted the process and has been thriving ever since.

She utilizes her meal plan regularly which takes the guess work out of what, when, and how much to eat. She does still go out to eat with her family, but makes more mindful food choices when she orders from the menu. She will also enjoy the occasional candy bar ever so often. The majority of her diet is from whole foods, but on occasion will have a protein drink or protein bar to help supplement those macros.

There is no magic trick or hack that she has done to achieve these results, other than being brutally consistent and disciplined in the weight room and with her nutrition every day.

This recipe is great for meal prep, family dinner, or a one time dish. You just have to make ingredient adjustments accordingly.

Also, you can swap out any of these ingredients to your preference. Protein (chicken, steak, ground beef), carb (potatoes, noodles) etc.

Make your nutrition simple, delicious, and easy. If you abide by those steps then you increase your chances of staying consistent.
