It's been a bit since I last posted anything, so here we go!!! I did a thing last month🙃....I went to Denver to learn from the founder of Muscle Activation Techniques . Greg Roskopf shared with us an exciting new way of helping athletes get back to, as well as build a bigger competitive edge on the competition in as little as 10-15 minutes (seriously, no joke!!). I will be rolling this out soon, so if you have an athlete in your family get in touch ASAP, time slots are almost to MAX capacity, so don't miss out!!!!
