Results don't happen overnight, but consistency pays off! 💪🔥

Over the last 3 months, Holly has:

✅ Lost 15 lbs of body fat
✅ Increased lean mass by 9 lbs
✅ Dropped body fat from 38.2% to 32.7%

The scale only tells part of the story. Holly didn't just lose weight—she improved her body composition, got stronger, and built healthier habits along the way.

Today wasn’t about rushing through a workout… it was about slowing down, lifting with purpose, and getting stronger rep by rep.

We paired up, pushed each other, and focused on REAL strength:
✔️ Squats
✔️ Presses
✔️ Deadlifts
✔️ Rows

No guessing. No wandering around the gym.
Just structure, coaching, and accountability.
