The Rocky Mount club will be closed Saturday November the 5th at 7:00 AM. We will reopen Sunday November 6th at 6 PM. We are stripping and waxing our floors. Please pass this along to fellow members.

We will still be opening at 5 PM on Friday. There are many clubs across the state that will be opening as well. We are not alone.

Anyone that just saw Governor Cooper's press conference knows that gyms are not being allowed to open. Possibly not until June 26th. We are blown away and continue with zero revenue.

We have had many ask, when are we going to open. Governor Cooper has not allowed fitness centers to reopen. No date has been given by the Governor as to when this will happen. As soon as we are allowed to open we will. We like many small businesses pay our bills and taxes while waiting on the discretion of Governor Cooper.
