This will be an amazing day. We are having seminars for everyone ; youth jiu jitsu , Muay Thai, no gi jiu jitsu and gi jiu jitsu. The instructors we have coming in are absolutely the best in this area. If you are serious about getting better then you should be here on Oct 10th. It's easy to talk about getting better. ..let's see who is to put in the work. BUT WAIT THERE'S MORE!!!!!!! This is an absolutely free day of seminars to all Carlson affiliates and collaborative schools. All others we just ask for a $20.00 donation.

Hey everyone! Just wanted to share that today we focused on the armbar from guard. We kicked things off with a two-on-one grip and finished up with the armbar. It's awesome seeing everyone learn and get better – it seriously makes me and the assistant instructors feel fantastic!
