It's been a rainy few days! The dogs wish it would go away so they can have some fun in the sun! (Though, they are really enjoying getting as muddy as they possibly can...)

Hiccup is a young pup who would love the chance to get some good socialization away from the shelter. He is very smart, affectionate, and energetic. Puppies deserve to see the world and have fun, not sit in a shelter. Hiccup would love to get a pup cup, go for a hike, or just go on a fun car ride.

Today would be a wonderful day to take a shelter dog out and have some fun! Adoptions have slowed significantly, meaning, dogs are staying here longer and becoming more stressed. Getting them out of the shelter environment, for a just a little bit, makes a huge difference.

Want to take a dog out but only have availability on Sundays or Mondays?
Even though we are closed to the public, you can still take a dog for a fun filled day. Come by anytime we are open to fill out paperwork and get registered with the program. Then, message this page to coordinate timing. Even though we are closed, staff is here and so are the pups!

Louise would love to have a peaceful Sunday outing.
