Big shoutout to both our morning and evening crews today! 💪🥋🐺

For the past two weeks, we’ve been focused on one of the most important survival skills in Jiu-Jitsu: escaping the mount. Today we continued building on that foundation by working our elbow escape from mount, learning how to create space, recover guard, and get back into the fight.

Great effort from everyone in both classes. The details are starting to come together, and it’s awesome seeing the progress each week. Keep drilling, keep showing up, and trust the process!

It is with a heavy heart, that we announce the passing of our student, teammate, brother, & friend, Christopher Martin. In the Academy, Chris was a Purple Belt, kid’s coach, a frequent uke in fundamentals, a jokester, and a trusted training partner. We are devastated by this news & our hearts & prayers are with his children & all who loved him. Rest easy, Chris. You will be forever missed. 🙏
