Started by Jay and Tara Whaley out of our home garage as a connect group for church. Then grew into Fit4Him training sessions on a daily basis. After eight months we were lead to get CrossFit Level One trained and now will be opening CrossFit Naos! God has blessed us beyond anything we could have ever dreamed.

We are hosting a DEKA Strong event March 1st if you want to give it a try. 💪🏻

You can compete individually or two person team.

And yes DEKA Strong is for any fitness level!
