What an incredible weekend in DC as our BoxHause HYROX team showed up, threw down, and made some unforgettable memories!
From first-time racers and PRs to the unwavering support of our community, this weekend was everything we love about HYROX. And we couldn’t be prouder to say that EVERY participant finished their race penalty-free! 🏆
We are so proud and incredibly thankful for everyone who made the trip, put in the work, and supported one another along the way. This is what community is all about! ❤️

let’s have a warm Welcome to our newest addition to our community Kelly Goeckner, 200 YTT!

As a competitive athlete, I found yoga as a compliment to balance my body, mind and spirit. I resonated with the discipline of Ashtanga and loved the encouragement flowing with a community routinely. Yoga has allowed me to meet many great people including when I moved to Wilson with my husband and two children in 2018. I certified as an instructor in 2019 with the intention of sharing and inspiring more variety of yoga to the area. Outside of working in my orthodontic office, you will find me coaching on the soccer fields, volleyball courts and playing golf. Join me on the mat for creative all-levels Vinyasa and Yin classes!
