We are hosting a Yoga Sculpt Teacher Training with Meredith Evangelisti! 

June 5: 5 PM - 8:30 PM 
June 6: 10 AM - 5 PM 
June 7: 10:30 AM - 4 PM

The intention of this training is to:
 - Sequence and teach a 45/60 Yoga Sculpt class. 
- Format fundamentals and class structure. 
- Understand music theory and beat-matching.
 - Sequence for all muscle groups.
 - Cue, correction and modify for all levels.
 - Build movement themed classes.

Where you at? We understand that life happens and sometimes you can’t make a class you signed up for, but we please ask that you cancel the earlier the better!!

We have a generous cancelation policy, a 4 hour cancellation window with no penalty. We encourage this because then it allows people on the waitlist to take your spot!
