What an incredible way to wrap up the season! Four top finishes in the TN State Championship Crit and two TN Best Area Rider (TBAR) Jerseys!! Hank Phillips had an amazing race with an EPIC sprint finish to take home the TN State Championship Crit jersey in Men's Cat 4! He also took home the TBAR jersey for Men's Cat 4! Alyssa Harris also had a difficult race against strong women with a sprint finish to take home the Women's cat 3 TN State Championship Crit Jersey! She also took home the TBAR jersey for Women's cat 4. Andrew Beaty raced hard in the Men's cat 5 TN State Championship Crit and took a verrrry close second place during a sprint finish. Last but not least, Kurt Phifer raced hard and fast in the Masters Men 50+ Master's TN State Championship Crit and placed 3rd against super strong guns! Way to go CFR!!!

Another great weekend for CFR at the TN State Championship Time Trial and Espinazo del Diablo aka Devil's Backbone. Alyssa Harris won the TN State Championship Time Trial for Women’s Cat 4. Hank Phillips put in a strong effort and placed 6th for Men’s cat 4.

Dusty Smith, Kurt Phifer, Alyssa Harris, and Hank Phillips all got to race together in a combined race! Strong racing from Dusty Smith who unfortunately flatted toward the end of the race! Kurt Phifer placed 5th in Cat 4/ 9th overall, Hank Phillips placed 1st cat 4/ 1st overall, and Alyssa Harris placed 1st women cat 4/ 4th overall. Way to go CFR!!

Strong racing yesterday from CFR at the Alabama Wheelmen Downtown Classic! Andrew Beaty placed 1st with a sprint finish in the men’s cat 4/5, Alyssa Harris placed 1st in the women’s cat 4/5 and 1st in women’s cat 1/2/3/4, and Kurt Phifer put in a strong race in the master’s men 40/50/60 category. Way to go team!!
