Good Morning ROCO Fitness fam! After almost 5 years as the best gym in Roane County, we have made the decision to take a step back to focus on family and other business ventures. We have loved being a staple in our community and will continue to do so in every capacity that God allows us to. The gym is not closing! Our phenomenal kickboxing coach Dominic Daquilla is the new owner and we are so pumped for the AMAZING next chapter for him and the gym! These two handsome boys are our ROCO Fitness Pets of the Week! Rusty is a young Husky, with the prettiest bicolor eyes! He also knows quite a few commands such as sit, shake, and lay.
Buster is an 8 month old Collie mix who loves attention. He may be shy at first, but the second you get him out to play he is a ball of energy! Did I mention his adoption is already sponsored?!
