🇺🇸 Happy Independence Day from Rockwell Christian Chargers Athletics! 🇺🇸

Today is a special day in our nation’s history as we celebrate the 250th Anniversary of the United States of America. For two and a half centuries, our nation has stood as a beacon of freedom, opportunity, and hope because of the courage and sacrifice of those who came before us.

As we celebrate this historic milestone, we also pause to honor the brave men and women of our Armed Forces—past and present—who have defended the freedoms we enjoy every day. Freedom has never been free, and we are deeply grateful for their service and sacrifice.

As we gather with family and friends, may we also remember the greatest freedom of all—the freedom found through Jesus Christ.

Due to the 4th of July, this week's Saturday off-season workout is moving to FRIDAY. Same time. Same standard. Same commitment to getting better.

To our regulars: you already know what these reps have done for your game and your confidence. This week, don't just show up bring someone with you. A teammate who's been on the sideline of their own development needs to hear it from you, not just from us.

Improvement isn't a solo mission. It's a program. It's a family.

30+ Chargers. One gym. Zero excuses. 🟢

Day 2 of our off-season workouts brought the energy, the enthusiasm, and the right attitude — and the numbers backed it up.

Boys and girls competing side by side, pushing each other, and doing the work when it would be easier not to.

This is what the off-season is supposed to look like. This is what ONE Program. ONE Standard. ONE Family. looks like in action.

The season starts in the summer. We started it today.

🇺🇸 Today, we honor the brave men and women who gave everything for our freedom. They put aside self, left their families behind, and answered the call to serve something greater than themselves.
Because of their sacrifice, we are blessed with freedoms that many will never know. Freedom is never free — it was purchased by heroes willing to give all for the good of others.
Today, we remember those who never made it home.
We pray for the families who continue to carry the weight of that sacrifice.
And we thank God for the courage, honor, and selflessness shown by America’s fallen heroes.
As a Christian school athletic community, may we never forget the importance of faith, service, sacrifice, and unity. May we continue striving to live with gratitude for those who defended the freedoms we enjoy every day. 🇺🇸
