"I really enjoy the classes and feel it is a nice mix of weights and cardio. You have to pace yourself and monitor your form but I always walk out feeling my entire body had a good workout. I like that the classes include a small warm up and cool down. I love the rowing machine. Only con is that we are not using indoor shoes only.
