Today is the day! Can’t wait to see the final performance. Please have your child dressed and ready to go at 6:45 at RES. Drop off and pick up will be in the same place as last time. They will be performing during the varsity half-time directly after the high school team. This game will have a larger crowd so you might need to arrive sooner to find parking. Don’t forget we have our final practice tomorrow! We have had such a great time with the new elementary team and are already working on plans for next year.

Reminder!!! We do not have practice after school today. We have our performance at RES. Please arrive dressed in costume at 6:45. Dancers can put their jazz shoes on upon arrival.

Please make sure that your child comes in their wolves T-shirt. Please pack their jazz shoes, costume, and body tights. Hair needs to pulled back into a ponytail with all fly aways back. Thank you! So excited for tomorrow!

Information for the first competition! Please respond that you have read this important information for the day. When your child is done dancing they will go change and then meet back in the main entrance. They will be released back to you after the performance. Feel free to stay for the entirety of the competition, but it is a long day. Let me know if you have any questions!

Please drop your child off at 9am at the team drop off area.

Elm Jazz performance time: 11:00am

TEAM DROP-OFF/CHECK-IN: Teams should enter through the doors located at the far northwest side of the building facing the front parking lot DOOR #1.

SPECTATORS: Should enter at the Aquatic Center entrance-DOOR #30. To save time in line, tickets can be purchased before the event online at ShowTix4U.com. Search for Crawfordsville or use this link https://www.showtix4u.com/event-details/78805 There will also be a cash line available for sale on the day of the event. Adult tickets are $7 and tickets for students in grades K-12 are $5. Children under 5 are free.

Remember that no outside food or drink is allowed at any IHSDTA-sponsored event. No recording of any kids is allowed. We will have a press pass and a recording will be taken that day and shared with parents.

No one is allowed in the warm-up/stretch area, team camp area, or other restricted areas except for competition staff, dancers, and badged coaches.
