We will be hosting open gym and adult tumbling this Sunday, September 6th! Adult tumbling is from 12-1pm and Open Gym will be 1-3pm.

On Monday, September 7th we will be CLOSED for Labor Day. We will OPEN on Tuesday, September 8th

We have exciting events coming up this September! Firstly, we have our Autumn Tumbling Clinic! This event will be hosted on September 19th from 3pm-5pm. Admission is $20 per athlete and It is fast approaching so make sure you sign up today!

Also! Phoenix is bringing back a classic event which is PARENTS NIGHT OUT! This event is a parent and gymnast favorite! This event will be taking place on Saturday, September 26th. There will be an open gym, pizza and movie night! We have created a Google doc to sign up and vote on which movie your child wants to see! Admission is $ 20 per child. Bring a friend and get $5 off! See you all there!

Good morning Phoenix families! Due to the heat wave coming into town, we will be modifying practice tonight. We will be OPEN and doing practice from 4:30-7:30. Classes will also be running from 4-7:30. We will be doing light gymnastics, choreography, and light conditioning. We will also be taking air-conditioning breaks every 15 minutes. We strive to have our athletes practice in a safe environment and modifying tonight‘s practice allows us to be safe while working out! We will continue to monitor the weather for this week and keep you all updated with any further changes! Thank you all and we will see you in the gym!
