Boot Camp at Bowie Mills Local Park Every level of fitness are welcome to join. All exercises are modifiable!

The classes run for 45 - 60 mins (including warm-up and cool down) and are a combination of High Intensity Interval Training, Corrective Exercise, Agility, and Mobility training.

Okay Ladies - who’s joining class tomorrow morning??

It looks like we’ll be waking to thunderstorms (which starts at at 2AM-7AM with a 40% chance and increases from there). If this is the case, I will make a decision by 5AM if we will have a 6:30am virtual class. I look forward to see you all in the AM hopefully in person 🤞or virtually!
