Getting excited about starting your OTF journey ??? Here’s some lingo you’ll want to get familiar with! We will share more over the next few days.

You will hear about Base Pace a lot in the studio. Important to know: Everyone's Base Pace is different. It's 71-83% of your maximum heart rate. And, depending on your lifestyle or any changes to it, it can fluctuate over time. We'll help you figure out your Base Pace as you get on the move. And we'll also get you to a Push Pace and an All Out ... but more on those later.
