Attachments can be like weeds.

If we’re not careful, they start to spread and take over our mind, time and energy. It’s so important to be aware of what we plant in our consciousness because they can take root very quickly.

That’s a big part of what we will be learning about in our 7-week online course called “Anatomy of a Crush”. Among the many discussions, we will focus on how to avoid growing attachments that don’t serve us and what to do if they have already taken root.

If you’d like to learn how to avoid cultivating unwanted attachments, please join us. Drop PLANT below to receive more details or check out the link in bio. Here’s to reclaiming back our time and energy.

The bud comes before the blossom. Similarly, there is a step before we become attached to anything.

We will be exploring all the steps of how we become attached and what typically happens when we do. And similar to this beautiful blossom, we will also learn how to redirect our attachments so they help elevate us, instead of causing us unnecessary suffering. We start exploring this exact process as detailed in the yoga texts starting April 29th in the 7 week online “Anatomy of a Crush” course.

Curious to learn more? Drop BUD below. Happy to share more!

Want to reduce the amount of suffering in your life?

Understanding the process by which we start to become attached is the key to stopping a lot of unnecessary suffering in our lives.

Over the last ten years, I have shared and broken down this process to hundreds of students and the consistent feedback has been “I wish we could spend more time going deeper into this. It’s the most applicable piece of wisdom I’ve learned!”

This offering is in service to that request.

WHAT TO EXPECT (A SMALL GLIMPSE. THERE’S MORE!):

1) Learn the anatomy (different phases) that arise before we become attached, and after.
2) Learn how to discern which phase you are in and develop greater ability to control what you become attached to. This awareness can bring forth so much clarity and relief.
3) You may have heard that attachment leads to suffering. We’ll explore which types of attachment lead to suffering and which can actually elevate our consciousness.
4) Learn how we can work with our attachment and its effects on us without becoming reactive and invoking more unnecessary suffering.
5) Diving into the fundamentals of yoga psychology and how the mind works.
6) A warm, supportive environment with like-minded individuals. All classes will be recorded and made accessible. A private WhatsApp group will be created to provide an ongoing space to ask questions and share reflections between classes.

WHEN: 7 consecutive Wednesdays starting April 29th on Zoom from 7:00-8:15pm EST
**All sessions will be recorded and shared, in case anyone misses any sessions or would like to go back and rewatch it.

INVESTMENT: $250 USD through Zelle/Venmo
