HotYoga4You RVC offers over 38 classes a week including Bikram Hot 60 (26+2), Heated Vinyasa, Warm Yin & Sound Meditation, Yoga Boot Camp, Hot Pilates, Yogalates & Yoga Sculpt, 7 days a week, 365 days a year Done in a heated room, our exercises warm your muscles, prevents injury and cleanses the body by flushing toxins. Each posture stretches, strengthens and prepares specific muscles, ligamen

ts and joints needed for the next posture. The method also stimulate organs, glands and nerves by moving fresh, oxygenated blood all over the body. Regular practice assists in illness and injury prevention, promotes weight loss, and limits the effects of aging. Our 60 minute classes deliver total health through balancing and strengthening the entire body. All of our instructors are highly trained and extremely passionate about what they do.
