Looking for a trainer on Mondays and Thursdays and possibly weekends. I have so many people that ask.

This trainer will take in their own clients.

Pay a monthly fee, and can use facility as often as needed for as many clients as trainer would like to take in.

Looking for baseball and for softball.

This young lady and her parents come to the facility consistently to help Lilly perfect her game. Hitting being the main driving factor.

Today this young lady hit her first home run of the season. Over centerfield wall!

You can go to the fancy places all you want, you can go to the fun places and hit off the machines occasionally but I can’t express enough tee work, front toss, then back to tee work is the way to go!

A monthly membership can get you hitting and working EVERYDAY!
