🥳🥳 It’s everyone’s favorite mini-yet-mighty power pack’s BIRTHDAY!! She needs no further introduction but just in case you were unsure… Jennie Mac is having her big day today!!

She’s so funny, we’re always unsure of what’s about to come out of her mouth 🫣😱😂🤪😮‍💨, but she works so hard, always shows up for her kiddos and loved ones, and shows up to G to take great care of herself!

Jennie Mac is another reason I am the luckiest girl on the block, making G such a special, wonderful, and silly place to be!

🥳🥳 Hey Hey it’s Ingrid’s BIRTHDAY!!!
Ingrid is the sweetest sweet pea who makes me laugh, think, and try harder! Her talents are next level, she loves her adorable family, and of course her Honey girl too!

She is my fellow stick shift driver, we’re breathing through drivers Ed, trying to figure out what we “should be doing” (lord knows we have no idea)… and we raced to the store yesterday for school supplies! 😂😂 she’s totally my peoples!

I’ve been privileged to watch she & Rusty grow their businesses, shops, markets, all the hustle… but no matter what, she’s always present for her people!

Ingrid is one of the very special people who make Studio G- such a wonderful place!

🥳🥳🥳 Someone special is having a birthday today!!!
Ok, ok, I’ll tell you who it is!
It’s my fav girl, Allison!!!

Al is one of the kindest, most loyal, funniest people I know! We have had more laughs than I can count together & we’ve shared plenty of the opposite. Watching her as a mom helps inspire me to always try to do better!

Soon she’ll leave for Paris to drop her youngest off at COLLEGE… and I remember her first day of 1st grade! Where has the time gone?
Al is forever Colson’s favorite dodgeball challenger & she is one of the people who make G such a special place!

We have 2 birthdays today!!!!! (I think only 2, maybe I should double check! 🤣) And they both happen to be two of my favorite peoples in all the land!!

1st up, my girl that I call Abs, she’s so funny, so strong, a force in life, and such a great sport… Abigail!! She comes from a huge family but is ABSolutely a one of a kind!

And 2nd is our resident scientist, Rebecca! She isn’t on FB but we’ll put her on here! She is one of the most willing to help anyone out kind of people! We met & bonded through our goofy Wheaten terriers and has become a dear friend and now client! She is a marine biologist and that’s why she’s holding a seal pup, as much as I want to, I am not allowed!
And she’ll be quick to tell you they are fierce little things! 😂😂 They are only snuggle shaped, not actually snuggly!

We wish you both a VERY happy birthday!
(And funny enough, Rebecca helped Abs pick out some marine gifts for her daughter who wants an orca! 😂)

Guys… don’t tell Alyssa I’m posting this…
But sometimes I just have to give a shout-out, even if it’s to myself! Even if I only get to pretend take credit…

We’ve been rehabbing Alyssa’s knee since an awful knee injury (well, in true Alyssa fashion- like 3 or 4 injuries- sledding snafu, falling out of her car, jumping out of a swing, etc…) which tore her ACL, MCL, and had a bucket tear.
A cadaver tendon later and lots of patience (mostly on my part bc if you think she stopped doing things like kickball, you’d be mistaken!) she started skiing again this past winter!
And if you know ME, you know I LOVE a goofy dance party. I sent Alex this clip and said, “and this is why she’s my peoples” and his response was, “This is awesome! Great job on her knee, look at her go!!” 😂😂😂

And while this doesn’t look like a lot, 18 months ago she would have NOT been able to move like this!! Remember, life is for FUN, it’s for LIVING, we gotta keep ourselves strong so we can bust a move!!!

The RETURN of SUMMER 6’s is BACK!!!!
15 years ago we started as a hodge podge of people that showed up at 6am!

We tossed tires, ran through town, enjoyed the FRESH AIR of OUTDOOR workouts!

Outside workouts is a tradition we have kept ALIVE & WELL… but the last few years we turned the clocks back a little to 5:40am!

And for THIS SUMMER (after the 4th of JULY) we’re going to have a “and the livin’s easy” kind of SUMMER… ok, ok, that is hugely overstated!! But we ARE having a start time of 6am… because… it’s SUMMER!

So if “in the 5’s” has felt too early for you, come join us on the 6’s! (And then we won’t even notice the darker August mornings bc that 20mins goes a looooong way!)
