Looking for a flexible way to reach your fitness goals? We’re excited to introduce our Open Gym Membership at Bluff City Training Center!

During our designated Open Gym hours, you’ll have access to our gym equipment to work out on your own schedule. Whether you’re just getting started or already have a routine, this membership gives you the freedom to train as often as you’d like.

Membership Pricing:
🏋️ Individual: $35/month
đź‘Ą 2 People: $60/month
👨‍👩‍👧 3 People: $75/month
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Up to 5 People: $100/month

âś… Unlimited visits during Open Gym hours
âś… No cap on how many times you come each month
âś… A clean, welcoming environment to help you reach your goals

Whether you’re lifting, getting your cardio in, or staying consistent with your fitness journey, we’ve got a place for you.

🥋 Discipline isn’t about being perfect—it’s about learning to keep going.

In youth jiu-jitsu, kids learn so much more than techniques on the mat. They learn to listen, follow directions, stay focused, work through frustration, respect their coaches and teammates, and keep trying when something feels hard.

These are lessons that don’t stay at the gym. They carry over into the classroom, at home, on the field, and throughout life.

We’re not just building stronger athletes. We’re helping build confident, disciplined, resilient young people—one class at a time. 💪
