I post tips a lot of the time on anything I can find that might be helpful.

Workouts are not the main focus for losing weight, so you’re going to get a lot of nutrition information here.

Most people will look at this and say it’s fake.

Or it’s not actually the same guy.

Or he used steroids so that’s why it was so easy.

Or whatever other excuse they can come up with to make themselves feel a whole lot better.

I’m about to trigger some people.

Let’s get real for a minute.

Matt is in his 50s in the first photo. His grandkids called him big daddy. They also called him fat.

That hurt him.

Enough to actually make a change for his family.

So he quit making excuses and lost 106 pounds.

You see, a lot of the people I come across that need to lose weight have SO many damn excuses.

“I don’t have time.”
“I’m busy.”
“I work a lot.”
“I have kids to take care of.”

It actually pi**es me off and sickens me.

Not because I can relate to needing to lose 100 lbs. I can’t.

But I have been out of shape and have been embarrassed of it and I have helped PLENTY of people that are JUST as busy if not busier lose the weight.

They just don’t have as many excuses as you do.

We all are busy. We all work a lot. We all have stuff going on. Lots of people have kids.

But you choose to not make this a priority. You choose to believe that your kids are actually a reason for you to not get into shape. They are your excuse instead of your reason.

So you’re cutting years off of your life for your children who you say you would die for.

But will you live for them?

Look I know it’s not easy. It’s not. But it doesn’t matter. You do plenty of things that are not easy.

Isn’t it time to make this a real priority? Since you KNOW when you look in the mirror that you actually can but you keep putting it off.

Cut that BS out. Please.

If someone else with your same busy schedule did it, so can you.

Please stop screwing around with this like it’s a joke. You can pay for your health now, or much more later.

The truth about getting 6 pack lean...

It has nothing to do with long hours of cardio or time spent at the gym.

It’s all about energy deficit. And the ONLY way to create an energy deficit great enough to see results is through your nutrition.

You cannot out-train a bad diet. You cannot eat what you want and try to burn it off.

Not one of my clients in the last 10 years has EVER been able to get results without help on their nutrition. You can’t get away with it. There is no hiding from it.

But you CAN eat what you want if you have the right fat loss strategy behind it.

It needs to be sustainable.
It needs to be enjoyable.
It needs to fit into your busy schedule.
And it needs to be fun!

Otherwise, you won’t do it. Right?

Have fun with this process and don’t overwork your body. Let’s make this a lifestyle change and get you into the best shape of your life.
