The countdown is ON! In just 31 days, teams from across North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida will take the floor in Myrtle Beach, SC and showcase all of their hard work on the National Stage! 🏆✨

Athletes have been practicing, coaches have been preparing, and we can’t wait to see everyone shine at the Champions in Motion Beach Bash Nationals on July 19th!

In observance of Memorial Day, today's class is canceled. Classes will resume on Tuesday at our Dallas location, 261 Hiram Sudie Road, at the usual times. We will then return to our regular Monday schedule starting the following week. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact me, and I will respond as soon as possible.

I am beyond proud to be their coach and so excited to watch them hit the floor today! 🤩💙 The hard work, dedication, and heart these athletes have shown has been incredible, and now it’s time to shine! 🌟
