Dear CIM Families,

We are very sorry to share that, due to your coach’s immediate resignation and our inability to secure a qualified replacement coach on such short notice, we will unfortunately need to discontinue this program at this location.

We understand how disappointing and frustrating this may be, especially when your athletes were looking forward to continuing their classes. We truly appreciate your understanding as we work through this unexpected staffing change.

As an alternative, your athlete is welcome to attend one of our nearby programs at our Dallas, GA or Cartersville, GA locations. We would be happy to help you find an available class that works for your family.

Any applicable credits or refunds will be returned to your account within the next 24 hours.

If you would like assistance finding a new class or have any questions, please call our office at 919-535-8304, and our team will be happy to help you find the best option for your athlete.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding. Our goal is always to provide a consistent and positive experience for our athletes, and we hope we can continue serving your family at another CIM location. 💙

Due to an unexpected staffing change, tonight’s class has been canceled.

An official email will be sent to all families registered for tonight’s class with additional information regarding the cancellation and next steps.

We sincerely apologize for the short notice and any inconvenience this may cause. We truly appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to ensure a smooth transition for our athletes.
