Where are you BMXing?

We are always looking to get more people interested in the sport of BMX. Here's some general racing info about Hagerstown BMX, to help answer any questions that riders and new riders may have.

Weekly race schedule (weather permitting)
- Monday Race registration 6-7 PM, race starts around 7pm
- Tuesday open practice 6-8 PM (April - October)
- Wednesday Race registration 6-7 PM race starts around 7pm
- (Select Saturday races)

Per the USA BMX sanction rules you must have a valid membership to race or participate in sanctioned events such as gate practice, clinics, or race. This is due to the gate running. To ensure that we follow these rules for insurance reasons, all riders must see registration prior to riding the track. If you are only participating in gate practice prior to the race, you must still come to registration.

Gate practice only $5
Local race fee is $10 (this includes gate practice)
Striders race fee is $5

If you need to renew your membership, or get a new membership we can do that for you at registration. Also if you do not have a membership but want to try gates or race (or both) there is a one time only 1-day membership that can be obtained.

Please note if you do not have a membership we do offer Tuesday night practices (Starting in April) open to the public for free with no gates. No membership is required for this day. Just sign a waiver form and sign in for practice!

As much as we hate to post this update, we also don't want to keep stringing everyone along.
Lots of factors have delayed our normal March opening, our amazing Track Operator is having some issues with his heart and needs to get that fixed ASAP, our turns still aren't fixed and were at the mercy of the asphalt company to get them straightened out and lastly the harsh winter was not kind to our track and extra work is needed to get it race ready. We deeply apologize for our delayed opening and hope to be up and running ASAP but until then we advise you to visit all our neighboring tracks who have opened already for the season.
We'll keep everyone updated and post our opening day as soon as we have a date.

We ask that you please register online, if you are unable to register online you can register in person, we accept cash and credit cards. You MUST register before going on the track.

If we need to cancel an event it will be posted on Facebook. We try to wait as long as we can to cancel but the latest will be 5pm. The weather changes quickly and we want to have every opportunity to practice/race!

We are run 100% by volunteers! We are always looking for volunteers to help out on practice and race days. Not sure what to do, don’t worry we will train you!
