Some of you are already out of school, and the rest of you will be very soon. Don't let your summer go to waste—use it to become stronger, faster, and a better athlete.

At Hardkore Athletics, our Strength & Conditioning Program is designed to help athletes of all ages and skill levels build a stronger, faster, and more resilient body. Through structured training, athletes will improve strength, speed, agility, power, and overall athletic performance while addressing weaknesses and building upon their existing strengths.

Success in sports isn't just about talent—it's about being physically prepared and available when your team needs you. Coaches at every level value athletes who are strong, well-conditioned, durable, and ready to perform. Our program focuses on injury prevention, movement quality, and athletic development to help keep athletes healthy and competing at their highest level.

Classes begin this Monday with sessions available at:
• 8:00 AM
• 9:00 AM

• 11:00 AM

Hardkore Athletics is proud to welcome Kevin .fitness.performance as our new Head Strength & Conditioning Coach!

Kevin brings a wealth of experience working with athletes of all ages and levels, from youth athletes to collegiate competitors and professional athletes. His training philosophy focuses on identifying and correcting weaknesses while continuing to develop and maximize your existing strengths, helping you perform at your highest level.

Kevin will be leading small group training sessions Monday through Friday at:

• 8:00 AM
• 9:00 AM
• 10:00 AM
• 11:00 AM

Membership options include:
• 2 Sessions Per Week
• 3 Sessions Per Week
• Unlimited Training

In addition to small group training, Kevin will also be offering private and semi-private training sessions tailored to your individual goals.
