Jiu-Jitsu is more than just a sport! 💚🥋 It teaches children to think critically, overcome challenges, solve problems, and build confidence that extends far beyond the mats.

We’re not just building better athletes. We’re building stronger, more confident kids! 💪

🖤🥋 What an incredible day for our Valkyrie family!

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who came out to support today’s seminar and Grapple4Life! Your support and generosity mean so much!

Congratulations to everyone who earned promotions today! I’m incredibly proud of your hard work and dedication! ❤️

Today was especially meaningful as I also received my first degree on my black belt! After over 20 years on the mats, being able to share this milestone with my students, instructors, and Jiu-Jitsu family made it even more special.

Thank you to our amazing guest instructors and everyone who helped make today possible!

Forever grateful for this journey and the people I get to share it with! ⚔️🖤

We’re excited to offer another opportunity for our students to learn, grow, build confidence, and get more mat time each week.

Huge thank you to Coach Madison for leading our Wednesday crew! 🛡️⚔️
