Hello everyone, class on Saturday, April 4, 2026, is cancelled due to conflicting schedules so for this week we are having class on Tuesday and Wednesday, March 31 and April 1st, to make up for it. Kids class is at 6pm both days and Adults class is 7pm for both days. Regular schedule will be back the following week unless something else happens and we'll let you know.

Hello everyone, just a reminder that if you want to come and observe a class, we are located at 2209 Clifton Ave, Rockford IL, 61102 at the Providence Baptist Church. Our classes are held downstairs, 6pm for kids and 7pm for adults on Tuesdays, and 10am for kids and 11am for adults on Saturday mornings. Please use the parking lot across the street and use the side entrance. There will be a sign that says karate class on the door.

Hello Everyone, we had to check to confirm before posting but Mary Allen, wife of Sensei John Allen, passed away recently. She was a life long friend and supporter of the club and was with Sensei Allen to the end. She will be forever missed . May she rest in peace with Sensei Allen and may her loved ones find comfort knowing she's still with them in spirit.

Hello Everyone, because of the winter storm coming our way, class tonight has been cancelled. We will have a make up class on Thursday January 22, 6pm for kids and 7pm for adults. We will let you know if anything changes if the weather doesn't hold up.

Hello Everyone, due to a funeral happening this weekend, we will have class this Thursday night, January 8th, and class this Saturday, January 10th, will be cancelled. Class on Thursday will be 6pm-7pm for kids and 7pm-830pm for adults. Regular classes will resume next week.
