NSA is sickened to have to cancel our last race due to only 6-7 confirmed entries.
We have worked hard trying to call guys with these sleds but it seems they would just leave them parked in garage.
There is some home for next year as there are a couple guys from Canada considering coming down and a guy or 2 that were not ready this year. So we will see. Good luck to all over winter and stay tuned to NSA!

Hey Guys, after a lot of effort and phone calls we have not been able to rustle enough racers to put on a successful race, so I regretfully have to say our 8-21 race has been canceled.

We will continue our efforts and if we can get some more commitments we will move on with another race.

So stay tuned.

We’re doing a roll call for our upcoming race scheduled 8-21 at Dragway 42!

Hello Racers,

Due to the lack of number of racers we have decided to cancel the Norwalk race.

We have worked hard and made several calls to make it happen but 6 competitors is just not enough to put on the event.

We will keep the rest of schedule pending the interest level.

Hello Pro Stock 1000 racers and fans!

Well, we’re less than a month away from 1st race at the best race facility in the country, Summit Motorsports Park!

Just a update for all coming:
There is Friday evening testing! Times to be announced when track releases.

The gate fees on Saturday to race are $50 for sled and driver.
$15 per crew/spectators.

Hope everyone is getting there testing in and will be ready to roll in 4 short weeks!

Hello Pro Stock 1000 racers!

We are ready to publish our race format and schedule and it goes as follows:

Format will be run as the past couple years meaning naturally aspirated 1020 or smaller 2 stroke engines!

We will be running 1/4 mile as pro 1000 has for years.

Spec fuel will be used as past years c14+ included with your entry fee.

Entry fee to race is $100

A minimum $1500 payout to winner with 8 entries.

This year’s schedule is as follows:
-June 5th at Summit Motorsports Park
-August 21st at Dragway 42 with testing the night before
-September 11 at Dragway 42 with testing the night before

Happy Thanksgiving to all our NSA racers and followers!

NSA finished up the year with big double event this past weekend. The weather was perfect and 7 racers battled it out.All the racers at one time or another had to thrash their sled to figure out one problem or another,everything from carburetion to ignition failures.
When it was all over Heath and Vince were winners both days with Greg Thomas and Ed getting runner up.
Congrats to all of them!
Thanks to all that came out and gave it their all.
NSA and myself personally want to thank Dave from Loves Park Motorsports and Steve from MDS Clutching for coming to the race showing their support and love for the sport.Steve came 2000 miles by the way!
Unfortunately we racers/sleds that are 200mi away that won’t come out and race and support the sport.

Attention in the pits for all racers coming to Dragway 42 this weekend!
The track is taking over safety tech, so when ready take tech card and proceed to tech area located 2 roads over from track down towards end of track.
Also racing starts at 6pm Friday and we need to be ready to roll at 6pm as we will run Q1 right away I’ve been told.
Saturday we need to be ready when racing starts at 10am, as we can be called up 1st as you guys know. Thanks!
