It was Earnest Koella Jr.'s dream to provide the Knoxville area with a top-notch public golf facility. He wanted not only the best maintained course, but also the best total golf experience. The name "Egwani" is Cherokee for "little river." The Little River borders Egwani for 1.5 miles. This river bottom was once a summer fishing village for the Cherokee. Driver, 7 iron, pitching wedge, and putter is all you’ll need for this event, so leave the others at the house or leave them in the car. To keep everyone honest, those clubs will be the only ones allowed in your bag!

HUGE ANNOUNCEMENT‼️

If you have been to the course over the last couple of months you have noticed our addition we have been building on our driving range. We’re excited to launch “The Stables at Egwani” our brand new 10 bay TopTracer facility. Our Grand Opening will be Saturday August 15th and we’ve got a pretty sweet night setup to launch it the right way. Starting at 6pm Echo Rising will be rocking the lower patio at the clubhouse. So come hangout and enjoy your meal voucher while listening to some great music before or after your bay rental.

$25 per person includes 2 hours of free play on the TopTracer and a meal voucher!

We’re excited to announce our next in house event on Friday August 7th at 6pm! This 2-man scramble is going to be a little different… this event is a 3 club + putter only challenge.
