🚶♀️ Walking is great…
But it might not be enough anymore.
I see this all the time — women doing everything “right”:
Walking every day
Hitting their steps
Trying to stay active
But their body isn’t changing the way they expected.

But it doesn’t do much to change your metabolism long-term.
