Faith is not assumed genuine until it endures testing. Hardships are what expose false faith and confirm what is real. It allows genuine faith to emerge & shine.

Resentment towards others or yourself comes from holding onto the anger & regret of past actions or choices. Resentment is a trap that weighs you down with bitterness, anger, and helplessness. It causes you to feel stuck in what happened, stealing the present solutions and things God actually has for you. You won't find peace or solutions there!

Release it!
Forgive them!
Forgive yourself!
Look forward!

About 4 months ago I got this & i've been holding on to it for dear life! I feed my body, care for my body, but i'm also giving myself spiritual substance to sustain me. I actively remember what He has already promised me and said in His Word.

What scripture did God give you for the season you're in?
